Continued Commitment

NC CERT MEMBERS
CONTINUED COMMITMENT

NC CERT members from across the state participated in a medical training program this weekend (June 12-13) in Washington, NC at Beaufort County Community College.

Fifteen members attended the American Heart Association "Lifesavers" Program. This program trained and certified members in CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Members were also trained and certified in First Aid and completed the Blood borne pathogens class.

NC CERT is a statewide Search Organization with teams located in Beaufort County, Wake County, Johnson County and Stanly County; these skills enhance the capabilities that NC CERT members provide to the Communities that they serve.

A special thank you is extended to all our volunteers who give their time and money to be better prepared to serve in times of community needs.
